Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. Full payment must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the course start date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your spot.
Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the course will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable USD 1,000 deposit. Cancellations between 4 and 6 weeks incur a 25% fee. Within 4 weeks, tuition is non-refundable but may be credited to a future session.
Participants must hold a valid, unrestricted dental license in their home jurisdiction and provide proof prior to attending.
Exios Academy is not liable for any travel disruptions, visa denials, or personal injuries sustained during the trip.
